After your first two failed attempts, you'll need to complete 2 practice exams scoring 90% or higher - this helps identify knowledge gaps and ensures you're better prepared for your next attempt. You need a score of 720 (out of 900) on the Network+ N10-009 exam. The exam consists of a maximum of 90 questions including multiple-choice and performance-based questions, and you have 90 minutes to complete it.

Cancel by the end of Day 1 (8 hours or 20% of the course) = 80% refund. 
Cancel by the end of Day 2 (16 hours or 40% of the course) = 60% refund. 
Cancel by the end of Day 3 (24 hours or 60% of the course) = 40% refund. 
Cancel after Day 3 (more than 60% completed) = no refund available.
